The On-Camera Audition Lab Intensive

“The audition: the place where, in a totally artificial environment, actors must create the role and the opportunity of a job all by themselves.”

This intensive 2-part weekend is designed to give you practical, solid audition skills.

Working from contemporary film and t.v. scenes, you will explore:

- what actually happens in the audition room
- how your work really looks on camera, vs. what you “think” you did
- how to prep and emotionally access the script while under pressure
- how to use the camera and the environment of the audition to your best  advantage

This is an extremely practical class, involving lots of camera time & feedback about your work, and a lot of practice with varied material. Very valuable for actors who need to hone or refresh their audition skills; also actors who are relatively new to auditioning for film & television.
